We’re at a pivotal moment: sales are accelerating, funding is in place, and the board is aligned for aggressive growth. We need an Operations Lead to architect the systems, processes, and structure that will take us from startup to scale. This is a foundational leadership role reporting to the CEO, partnering closely with the CTO and exec team to drive strategy and execution.
Build our operating system – implement scalable tools, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency across teams.
Drive cross-functional execution – own compliance, hiring, reporting, and internal planning to enable 10x growth.
Lead strategic initiatives – partner with the CEO on GTM building, KPI tracking, and org design.
Execute the hiring roadmap – grow the team by 8–10 FTEs in 12–18 months.
Manage outsourced functions – oversee finance, legal, HR, and compliance partners.
Shape strategy and culture – act as a trusted operator on the leadership team.
5+ years of experience, ideally with a mix of consulting, finance, operations, PE, and/or high-growth tech.
Proven ability to design and scale systems, manage complex projects, and drive cross-team execution.
Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans.
Comfortable operating from the tactical (payroll setup) to the strategic (board reporting).
