We’re entering our next growth chapter: product-market fit is clear, customers are expanding, and we’re scaling rapidly. We need a senior sales and marketing leader on the executive team who can drive enterprise revenue, land major partnerships, and build the commercial foundation for scale. This is a quota-carrying leadership role reporting to the CEO, responsible for the full revenue cycle—from pipeline creation through close and expansion.
You’ll lead from the front: developing strategy, building relationships with top accounts, and closing high-impact deals that move the needle.
Own revenue growth – build and execute the GTM strategy to achieve aggressive new ARR and expansion targets.
Drive enterprise sales – identify, pursue, and close high-value partnerships with leading firms in finance, real estate, and professional services.
Build and lead the sales team – hire, train, and motivate a world-class team of sellers, BDRs, and account managers.
Establish the sales motion – implement repeatable enterprise sales processes, metrics, and forecasting discipline.
Shape strategic partnerships – cultivate alliances that extend distribution, deepen product integration, or unlock new verticals.
Collaborate cross-functionally – work with Product and Data teams to tailor offerings for strategic accounts; partner with Marketing to refine positioning and demand generation.
Engage executives and the board – communicate performance, pipeline health, and strategic opportunities with clarity and confidence.
10+ years of experience in high growth enterprise B2B SaaS, data, or AI sales with direct ownership of revenue targets and building/leading teams.
Proven success closing six- and seven-figure deals with strategic customers and partners.
Track record of building or leading GTM organizations that delivered predictable, scalable growth.
Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior decision-makers across industries.
Deep understanding of complex deal structures, enterprise procurement, and long-cycle sales.
Excellent command of CRM systems, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
